  • 1 16 oz. bag of baby carrots
  • ½ cup water
  • 1½ tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Fresh thyme
Here's how to make this dish:
  1. Over medium high heat, place carrots, water, butter, and coconut sugar into a skillet. Bring to a boil.
  2. Lower heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Increase heat again and stir until all water has evaporated. Remove from heat.
  4. Top with sea salt, freshly ground better, and fresh thyme. Serve hot.
