  • Collard Greens (1 leaf per wrap)
  • Turkey Meatballs (3 per wrap)
  • Hass Avocado
  • Tomato
  • Dijon Mustard
Here's how to make this dish:
  1. Heat a little bit of oil or cooking spray in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs to your liking, about 5-6 minutes, until browned and cooked all the way through.
  2. Lay collard green leaf flat and top with about 3 meatballs, depending on their size. Mash slightly with a fork to cover more area or make less bulky.
  3. Top each meatball with some avocado and tomato slices, then drizzle with dijon mustard.
  4. Roll up leaf and serve!
