  • 2 kiwis (fresh or frozen), peeled & chopped
  • a handful of spinach
  • 1/8 cup parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1/8 of a medium English cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp Udo’s Oil Blend
  • 1 tbsp U.C. Green Blend
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup of cold water
