Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup pumpkin seed oil or sesame oil
  • ½ cup raw cashews (soaked in water for a few hours)
  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 large lemons, juiced
  • ¼ cup liquid aminos
  • 1 cup fresh water
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, roughly chopped
  • 1 -2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
Here's how to make this dish:

 

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Garnish with some fresh herbs and serve chilled with fresh veggies, chips, or bread to dip!
