Ingredients:
- ¾ cup pumpkin seed oil or sesame oil
- ½ cup raw cashews (soaked in water for a few hours)
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 2 large lemons, juiced
- ¼ cup liquid aminos
- 1 cup fresh water
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, roughly chopped
- 1 -2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
Here's how to make this dish:
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Garnish with some fresh herbs and serve chilled with fresh veggies, chips, or bread to dip!
