Ingredients:
- 1 16 oz. bag of baby carrots
- ½ cup water
- 1½ tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Fresh thyme
Here's how to make this dish:
- Over medium high heat, place carrots, water, butter, and coconut sugar into a skillet. Bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Increase heat again and stir until all water has evaporated. Remove from heat.
- Top with sea salt, freshly ground better, and fresh thyme. Serve hot.
