  • Mason jar
  • Cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp of Brine Mixture
  • 1 cup of Water
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • Handful of Bay Leaves
  • Pinch of Salt
Here's how to make this dish:
  1. Fill Cucumbers to the top of jar
  2. Combine pickling spice, water, vinegar & brine ingredients in a saucepan
  3. Heat and stir until ingredients are combined
  4. Pour brine over jarred cucumbers
  5. Place in refrigerator for 1 day to 1 week

Add your favorite ingredients like dill, yellow mustard seed or caraway!
