Ingredients:
- Mason jar
- Cucumbers
- 2 tbsp of Brine Mixture
- 1 cup of Water
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- Handful of Bay Leaves
- Pinch of Salt
Here's how to make this dish:
- Fill Cucumbers to the top of jar
- Combine pickling spice, water, vinegar & brine ingredients in a saucepan
- Heat and stir until ingredients are combined
- Pour brine over jarred cucumbers
- Place in refrigerator for 1 day to 1 week
Add your favorite ingredients like dill, yellow mustard seed or caraway!
