Ingredients:
• 1 large head fresh cauliflower
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• fresh herbs sch as chives, rosemary, or parsley
Here's how to make this dish:
- Cut up the cauliflower, removing any leaves or stems.
- Throw the cauliflower into a food processor and pulse until cauliflower is pea sized.
- Steam the cauliflower using a steamer or by placing an inch of water on the bottom of a pan and placing a colander with the cauliflower inside the pan. Steam until tender
- Transfer the steamed cauliflower back to the food processor.
- Add butter, garlic, salt & pepper.
- Blend for 30 seconds, making sure it doesn’t get to runny.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve hot.
