  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons purified water
  • 2/3 cup whole raw almonds
  • 1/2 of a medium onion, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • sliced raw jalapeno (to taste)
Here's how to make this dish:
  1. Blend together all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Chill and serve as a dip for veggies or chips, a spread for sandwiches and wraps, or as a sauce for pasta!
