- 3 cups of fresh cilantro leaves
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons purified water
- 2/3 cup whole raw almonds
- 1/2 of a medium onion, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- sliced raw jalapeno (to taste)
Here's how to make this dish:
- Blend together all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Chill and serve as a dip for veggies or chips, a spread for sandwiches and wraps, or as a sauce for pasta!
