  • 2 Valencia Oranges, thinly sliced
  • 1 Fuji Apple, chopped
  • 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Raw Cane Sugar
  • 3 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 3 cups Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Bottle Red Wine
  •  Sparkling Water (to taste)
Here's how to make this dish:
  1. Put almost all of your chopped fruit into a large container (leaving some aside for garnish), top with sugar & cinnamon sticks.
  2. Pour wine, orange juice, and pomegranate juice over mixture. Chill for about 2 hours.
  3. Serve with sparkling water to taste, garnish with fresh fruit.

Get creative!

Add fresh ginger or sere with ginger ale instead of sparkling water for more of a kick!

Use Coconut Sugar instead of Raw Cane Sugar to lower glycemic level!

Use Granny Smith apples instead of Fuji to add more of a tart taste!

Use more fall flavored roots like clove or star anise to make it more spicy!
