Ingredients:
- Collard Greens (1 leaf per wrap)
- Turkey Meatballs (3 per wrap)
- Hass Avocado
- Tomato
- Dijon Mustard
Here's how to make this dish:
- Heat a little bit of oil or cooking spray in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs to your liking, about 5-6 minutes, until browned and cooked all the way through.
- Lay collard green leaf flat and top with about 3 meatballs, depending on their size. Mash slightly with a fork to cover more area or make less bulky.
- Top each meatball with some avocado and tomato slices, then drizzle with dijon mustard.
- Roll up leaf and serve!
