Ingredients:
- 3 cloves organic garlic
- 1.2 organic basil leaves
- 1 cup organic spinach
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 12 Sunfood’s Chlorella tablets
- pepper to taste
- 1 cup Sunfood’s Organic Heirloom Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/3 cup organic botija olive oil
- 1 tsp pink Himilayan salt
Here's how to make this dish:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor, and pulse until as smooth or as chunky as you like.
- Adjust flavors by adding more salt or lemon, etc. You can use this pesto with raw crackers, or fresh zucchini noodles.
