Ingredients:
- 2 cups agave nectar
- 2 cups coconut oil
- 1 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 2 cups chopped almonds (optional)
Here's how to make this dish:
If your coconut oil is solid, place it in a sink of hot tap water to melt it first. Then put agave and coconut oil in a high powered blender and add cacao. Blend well, then pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in coconut and almonds (optinal). Pour mixture into a 9×13 pan, chill 2 hours and cut into squares and serve.
