Ingredients:
Bites:

10 medjool dates

2 tbsp freshly ground almond butter

1 tbsp coconut oil
-
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp sea salt
-
10 drops liquid stevia
Chocolate:
-
1/2 cup coconut oil
-
3 tbsp cacao powder
-
1/8 cup maple syrup
Here's how to make this dish:

Blend all “Bites” ingredients in a food processor until completely smooth.

Put mixture into a bowl, cover with saran wrap and place into the freezer for 2-3 hours.

Meanwhile, blend all “Chocolate” ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Remove “Bites” mixture from the freezer and used a spoon or your hands, form individual balls, about one inch in size.

Once formed, dip bites into chocolate mixture and set onto cookie sheet. Top with sea salt.

Place back into the freezer for a few moments to set.
