Ingredients:
- 1 ready to bake 9″ gluten free pie crust
- 2 teaspoons Nature’s Way Pumpkin Spice Organic Stevia
- 15 ounces pumpkin puree
- 8 ounces evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of nutmeg
Here's how to make this dish:
- Preheat oven to 390 degrees.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, stevia, and pumpkin puree.
- Mix in all other dry ingredients and whisk slowly while adding evaporated milk.
- Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake for 20 minutes, then reduct oven to 350 degrees and bake for additional 45-60 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Refrigerate pie overnight.
