Ingredients:
  • 1 ready to bake 9″ gluten free pie crust
  • 2 teaspoons Nature’s Way Pumpkin Spice Organic Stevia
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 8 ounces evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of nutmeg
Here's how to make this dish:
  1. Preheat oven to 390 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, stevia, and pumpkin puree.
  3. Mix in all other dry ingredients and whisk slowly while adding evaporated milk.
  4. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake for 20 minutes, then reduct oven to 350 degrees and bake for additional 45-60 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Refrigerate pie overnight.
