Ingredients:
- 1-Cup thinly sliced organic zucchini
- Organic coconut oil
- Himalayan pink salt (if desired)
- Minced organic garlic (if desired)
- Nutritional yeast (if desired)
Here's how to make this dish:
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil
- Thinly slice 1 cup of zucchini
- Line up slices on cookie sheet
- Lightly coat both sides with liquid coconut oil using a brush (you can buy coconut oil as liquid or just slight heat up coconut oil on stove until liquid)
- Sprinkle nutritional yeast for cheese flavor, or Himalayan pink salt and minced organic garlic.
- Place under broiler for about 3 to 5 minutes until chips start to brown
- Flip and cook second side to desired crispiness.
