  • 1-Cup thinly sliced organic zucchini
  • Organic coconut oil
  • Himalayan pink salt (if desired)
  • Minced organic garlic (if desired)
  • Nutritional yeast (if desired)
Here's how to make this dish:
  • Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil
  • Thinly slice 1 cup of zucchini
  • Line up slices on cookie sheet
  • Lightly coat both sides with liquid coconut oil using a brush (you can buy coconut oil as liquid or just slight heat up coconut oil on stove until liquid)
  • Sprinkle nutritional yeast for cheese flavor, or Himalayan pink salt and minced organic garlic.
  • Place under broiler for about 3 to 5 minutes until chips start to brown
  • Flip and cook second side to desired crispiness.
