4. Dental Health

Studies show that drinking a cup of black tea everyday can reduce your risk of cavities and  gum disease! It is high in enzymes that help prevent plaque from building up on your teeth and gums. Of course, you have to keep in mind that this is counterintuitive when you add a lot of sugars to your tea!
