With the big game just around the corner, we thought we’d share our favorite game day recipe: baked chicken wings!

Our baked chicken wings are made using all natural antibiotic free chicken wings straight from our meat department and uses an aluminum free baking powder to give them a crispy outside while keeping the insides tender and juicy.

 – 2 lb. all natural antibiotic free chicken wings

 – 1 tablespoon olive oil

 – 1 tablespoon aluminum free baking powder

 – 1 teaspoon sea salt

 – 1 teaspoon onion powder

 – 1 teaspoon garlic powder

 – 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

 – 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

 – 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

 – Dipping sauce of your choice


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. In a small bowl combine all the dry ingredients

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and light spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place a baking rack on top of foil. Set aside.

  4. Pat chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Place chicken wings in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat. Then sprinkle with rub mixture and toss to coat.

  5. Place seasoned chicken wings on the baking rack in an even layer.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, flipping wings over halfway through cooking.

  7. Serve with your favorite organic dip — ranch and bleu cheese are our favorites!
