During the three-day collagen boost, you’ll adhere to the following guidelines.

  • Consume only liquids for all meals, which can include bone broth, raw juice, teas, herbal infusions, coffee and water.

  • Aim to consume at least three servings of collagen each day.

  • A serving of bone broth is one cup (8 ounces), while a serving (one scoop) of Multi Collagen Protein is approximately 7 to 10 grams (provides about 7 grams of protein); a serving (one scoop) of Bone Broth Collage n is about 15 grams (provides about 13 grams of protein); and a serving (one scoop) of Bone Broth Protein is between 22 to 29 grams (Provides about 20 grams of protein).

  • Consume three servings of herbal tea/herbal infusions each day (each serving is about one cup, or 8 ounces).

  • To help increase you antioxidant intake, consume two serving of raw juices each day (each serving is about 4 to 8 ounces).
